Pv22 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document contains the terms and conditions governing use of the pv22 platform. Please read this document carefully in its entirety before registering or using any part of the platform.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to change from time to time.
Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, accessing, or using any services provided by pv22, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document and any related policies published on this platform. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the pv22 platform.
The pv22 platform may only be used by individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and who have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet the age requirement and that your use of the service is lawful under the applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
Pv22 reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted to the platform. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Account Creation & Security
Registration Requirements
- Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account at any time. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- Information provided during registration — including name, phone number, and payment details — must be accurate, complete, and up to date. pv22 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time.
- Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account password. Any activity that occurs under your account is your own responsibility.
- If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify pv22 immediately through the provided support channels.
Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
Pv22 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Users are in breach of any part of these terms.
- Registration information found to be false, inaccurate, or misleading.
- Users engaging in fraudulent activity, system manipulation, or promotion abuse.
- Users attempting to access the platform through unauthorised means, including the use of unapproved third-party software.
- Accounts inactive beyond the period specified by pv22 may be automatically closed following notice.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users agree to use the pv22 platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Using the platform for any illegal activity, including money laundering or financing unlawful activities.
- Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or other methods to access, scrape data from, or manipulate the pv22 system.
- Sharing or transferring account access to any third party for any reason.
- Abusing the promotions system, bonuses, or special offers in a manner that contravenes the applicable promotion terms.
- Disrupting, damaging, or attempting to interfere with the technical infrastructure of the pv22 platform.
Pv22 reserves the right to pursue legal action against any user found to be in breach of these rules. Any funds in an account involved in activities that violate these terms may be withheld or returned at pv22's discretion.
Payment Information & MYR Transactions
Deposit
All transactions on the pv22 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits must be made using payment methods approved by pv22 only. pv22 is not liable for any losses arising from the use of unapproved payment methods.
Funds deposited into an account are for entertainment activities on the pv22 platform only and may not be transferred to other users. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are subject to limits set by pv22 from time to time.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests will be processed upon completion of identity verification. pv22 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before approving any withdrawal. Processing times depend on the chosen method and compliance with verification procedures. Winnings derived from bonus use may be subject to specific wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Liability Limit
The pv22 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. pv22 makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or technical errors. pv22 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including financial losses due to technical disruptions, processing delays, or system errors beyond pv22's control.
Users acknowledge that betting and gaming activities involve financial risk and that pv22 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of betting or gaming outcomes.
Intellectual Property
All content on the pv22 platform — including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of pv22 or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, republish, or use any such content without written permission from pv22.
Third-Party Links
The pv22 platform may contain references to third-party services, including payment providers and game providers. pv22 is not responsible for the privacy policies, content, or practices of any such third parties. Users are encouraged to review the relevant third-party terms of service separately.
Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Pv22 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the terms will always be available on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically to ensure continued compliance with the most current version.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through channels designated by pv22, and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be limited or removed to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
